Awful application. Regularly loses connection to the spa and resetting the connection is a nightmare.

So much easier than the touch pad. Does everything I need. Works great and easy to use. Full access to every setting. V3 WiFi module.

just found out my spa is now heating at night even though I have set sleep timer so my spa heats during the day to benefit using my solar. I suspect it has been doing this since the up date! I now have no control of the heating and its costing me a fortune!! I demand a solution FAST

Trying to install it for the first time and it keeps crashing when I try to create an account. Luckily my husband has an iPhone and it worked on there so I piggybacked onto his account. Really annoyed that was an issues.

I dont like the new app version that was changed from the previous version as despite setting times and away mode it continues to heat and run cleaning and pumps even though I have set it to away mode. which on the old mode meant it would not heat or run other than sanitiser time. it need help to stop it running so much. I can't figure out how. if It's in away mode then it shouldn't keep running. I can't find any information about who to contact so hope that this review will get someone

great app, so much easier than using the controller on the spa

app sees wifi, then doesn't, then it does, then it doesn't. can't even get the spa connected to the app- complete failure!! previous app worked fine - why fix what isn't broke!! now spanet have fixed it real good!

since updating the app the sleep function is not visible on the display unit so I dont know if the tub is going into sleep mode. same with Away function . what is the MQTT? the app icons dont match the display on the tub. (stoked hot tub nz)

It's simple to use and hasn't had an issue but the app design is clunky, 2 things that need changing/adding. 1. allow a slider or to input temperature instead of having to change the temp in increments of .2 of a degree at a time. 2. allow an additional option to disable "electric heat element" I have a choice to disable the heat pump but it automatically uses the electric heater which I don't want on either. They are the two main issues I have with the app so far.

The app looses the connection to the spa OFTEN! Then it's a nightmare to get a connection again. I managed to get in last week, altered the temp to 35°C, and tonight it was 42.8°C. And, you guessed it, I can't get in again.
