Remove water & dust from your phone speaker. Fix muffled sound in one minute.
Got water in your phone speaker? Speaker Cleaner ejects water and removes dust from your phone speaker using sound waves, so muffled audio sounds clear and loud again in about a minute. It helps after rain, a splash, sweat, a shower or a quick drop in the sink. Just tap Start. The water eject tone plays at full volume and pushes trapped water out through the speaker grill. No tools, no sign-up, no internet needed. HOW THE WATER EJECT WORKS A low 165 Hz tone makes the speaker cone move a lot. Each pulse pushes droplets out of the speaker mesh, the same idea as the water lock feature on smartwatches. Frequency sweeps then shake loose whatever is left. 4 CLEANING MODES • Water Eject: pulsed 165 Hz tone plus low sweeps to remove water from the speaker (60 s) • Dust Clean: a frequency sweep that shakes dust and lint out of the speaker mesh (45 s) • Vibrate: tone plus strong vibration for extra force on stubborn droplets (30 s) • Custom: pick any frequency from 50 to 1000 Hz with a slider or the 100, 165, 300 and 500 Hz presets FEATURES • One-tap speaker cleaner: volume goes to max automatically, then back to your level • Plays through the phone's built-in speaker, even if wired or Bluetooth headphones are connected • Earpiece cleaner: send the tones through the small top speaker you hear calls from, for muffled call audio (Android 12 and newer) • Speaker test sound after cleaning, so you can hear if the muffled sound is fixed • Bonus boost pass for water that won't come out • Home screen shortcuts: long-press the icon to jump straight to Water Eject or Dust Clean • Material You design with light and dark theme • Small app that works offline WHEN TO USE IT • Speaker sounds muffled, quiet, crackly or distorted after getting wet • After swimming, a shower, rain, or cleaning your phone • Dust or lint in the speaker grill makes calls and music sound dull • Callers sound muffled or quiet because the earpiece got wet • To get water out of your phone speaker before it dries in place TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS 1. Remove the case and wipe off water on the outside 2. Turn the phone so the speaker faces down 3. Run Water Eject, then play the test sound 4. Still muffled? Run another cycle or try Vibrate mode, then let the phone air-dry GOOD TO KNOW Speaker Cleaner is a first-aid water remover for light splashes and dust. It can't repair a phone that was fully submerged or a speaker that is physically damaged. If sound doesn't come back, visit a repair shop. The tones are loud by design, so keep the phone away from your ears while cleaning. Speaker Cleaner is free and supported by ads. An optional one-time Remove ads purchase turns every ad off.
