app does not push HRM data to Strava, I got my Garmin HRM connected to both the bike and the app, bike also displays my HR. Devs, please fix!
Do more. let me adjust my light brightness, on my light, the screen on my bike and more. This feels like its made by someone that doesn't even use it.
I have a Como 3 IGH. Specialized blame these faults on the app: 1. Doesn't display bike's controller errors 2. Bike no longer auto-unlocks 3. Security bug causes fault that makes bike lights flash slowly (can't cycle at night) + prevents bike power-off. Specialized checked whole of bike + electronics but can't fix. Some of above come right for while then revert again (new app version that doesn't correct bug?). Rubbish

Doesn't record my ride half the time
Junk app. doesn't sync well with the flagship latest Samsung phones like s26 Ultra. Pushes you to automatically log your rides in the app, but it doesn't actually work. Rides either don't start or they only partially log. And this is with the battery saver, notification option set up correctly. Top tier bike brand, bottom tier software and app

Doesn't record rides fully. I can do a 50 mile ride but the app only records half of it, or less. The fit file is incomplete but the gpx file is fine. The app is also a massive battery hog even when not connected to the bike. I've done 3 hour rides with normal phone battery, and then I've used it to check on the bike and the phone has gotten really hot and the battery drained within hours. Android even warns me that it's using too much battery. I'm no longer going to use it. Back to strava.
Distance not accurate. 1485miles?
this app keeps crashing, and doesn't sync data from the bike's computer. If I had taken a ride without my phone, the data just stays on the bike and never synced to my phone. the app keeps crashing, I was looking to see if there is any option to sync, but the app hardly stays up. I am using a S26 ultra, with all the updates, yet nothing helps.

The application has promise but I find it lacking. I have had connection issues, ride details lost, and just find it cumbersome to use. I would prefer that the bike have better data capture capabilities than it does . However I can appreciate the information model (which is phone centric) that Specialized uses which is easier to deploy and maintain. On a positive, the ride details are good and informative to me. I also like the monthly ride summary.
