Backtest are not Accurate, Help Tickets are being closed without any proper solutions and Reply, Needs improvement

the app doesn't work.it doesn't let me login
this app is Total trash just like the website it is not user friendly at all it gives vague errors makes it almost impossible to try to make any type of options trading by it not worth the time or effort
