I like it and the device for tracking my lung function wl
Excellent unit. Great to have a piece of equipment that is truly portable. Pretty much essential for lung transplant recipients. (probably also good for those waiting for transplant)
easy to understand and use
Very poor instructions, it is not clear what a trial is vs a test. But each time I start, it warns me I still have a trial. After I use it once, it does not say anything about additional trials but to start a new test or see results.
App not working
Edited review. Previously I had issues getting this app to work w/my Spirobank Smart device. However the excellent U.S. based tech support helped my fix the problems. If you get a error using this app that the Spirobank Smart device isn't compatible, that means your device's firmware is older than that the app currently supports. You can use FIX Spiro to update your device's firmware. This will result in a password prompt the next time you use the device. Contact tech support for the password.

Have updated the App on a number of phones and can no longer select Male gender. There is no method to revert back to the precious version.
Spirometry option no longer works, oximeter is fine, no access to speromiter, last week it kept asking me to upgrade, now even that has stopped, can you help?
I was diagnosed 5 years ago with NSIP, a chronic lung condition which will eventually kill me. I was given an earlier version of the spirobank as part of a clinical trial. When this eventually packed up, I bought a replacement,which actually gives a lot more information than the earlier version and can now monitor my condition. Thankfully it doesn't show any deterioration, and I can share my results with my respiratory consultant without having to go to the respiratory lab at the hospital!
