I've choosed delivery option, waited for an hour (it's just 7min from my house), called the restaurant, it ended up it was pickup. The interesting part was delivery fee was added to total. This app needs some enhancement! Not sure if I get my money back... Also, there is not cancel and track order option..bad user experience.
Best Thai food around!
The food is great. I expected just a Thai restaurant, but they also serve halal food. We have decided to order carryout at dinner time.
The location that I wanted to pickup was closed due to power issues. But this app still took my order and charged my credit card. in 01/10/2026, I ordered carry-out. The app automatically added 20% tips. After I changed the tips to custom tips, the app still charged me 20% tips.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We tested the app and were able to pay with card. Were you able to try a different card?
The app will automatically add 20% tip once you hit pay, even after you deselect tip. Happens with Google Pay, not sure about other ways. Very deceptive.
