Obsolete. As of this afternoon, I can no longer log in to this app. The same credentials successfully get me on their website, so what's the point? Frustrating... Update: no response or fix.

one of the worst apps. its supposed to be a simple app to submit claims . But it never completes submitting. it just keeps submitting forever. can give 0 too.

The app is terrible, it's not mobile friendly.

DO NOT USE THIS WARRANTY COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAMMERS.

I want to give this a zero. I'm attempting to file a claim and the app doesn't work, the website doesn't work, and now a phone number they gave just has me waiting in silence. not even sure anyone is ever going to answer. I think this is a scam and they never have intentions of letting people make claims and hopes the customer will just give up.

I no longer recommend this company. I’ve had constant issues, especially with canceling plans. eBay tells me to cancel through Allstate, and Allstate tells me to cancel through eBay—an endless loop. The seller also blocks eBay messages, making resolution impossible. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and will leave reviews so others avoid wasting money. This company does not stand behind its warranties.

Please read the reviews and believe the negative ones! Tried filing a claim and it's the same insurance scam. They never stand by the "insurance" you pay for.

Like everyone else on here. The phone app isn't sized correctly to fill out. Online the two step verification to your email never sends to you. I'm sure there's a class action suit just waiting to be had here. Government supposed to protect us against companies like this.

I wish I had known more about these thieves before I bought their "protection plan" for my phone. It's fine though. If I have to LOSE money and go through a lawyer to get my little $60. refund then I'll do that.

they still haven't fixed the sizing issue. plus the feedback box after filling your claim should be movable that way when it's slightly halfway off screen you can still submit your feedback about the app or claim process. having a feedback box that pops up on the right side after you finished submitting your claim doesn't make any sense if you can't click to the next option or submit the feedback or even see the full question being asked. make it movable so the user can move it into focus.
