it's a lot to handle at first but I've slowly been learning how to use this. it's a very powerful tool for a small business. yes, the fees are sometimes painful, but they charge you based on if you make a sale, not if you forget you have a subscription to their service. for how powerful of a tool this is, I can't be more happy.

Square made its business verification process unnecessarily complicated. Despite my repeated attempts to comply, the system kept failing. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Square suspended my deposits, blocked access to my $217.27, and ultimately deactivated my I find this unacceptable. Poor customer support, unnecessary complications, and restricted access to my own money. I would not recommend Square

They get greedier and greedier every single year. They do the same amount of work for each order processed, but if you refund a customer for something $50 or $500, they still keep the large amount of fees they've processed. They never used to. Increased fees and worse service all across the board. I hope the owners are enjoying their luxury lifestyles.
