can a 10 year old use this? im looking to set up an account for my 10 year old.

We’re excited you’re interested in Step, Mat! There’s no minimum age to join, but anyone under 18 needs a verified adult sponsor. For a 10 year old, the sponsor must be a parent or legal guardian. We look forward to you both joining Step! 💙💗💛

Terrible now that I don't qualify for a cash advance. sucks that you have to have direct deposit to do so. system was better before.

they cant do anything when the dumb app decides to not see a check that comes every 2 week but then wants me to put direct deposits in the account when you cant evan see a paycheck in my bank bank useless how you wanna control my money but cant see what my account have coming in

not good, fraudulent company. initially I feel in love with step I would recommend them to anyone. my recent experiences have been terrible, a company issued me a refund, acknowledge they sent the refund, gave documentation of the refund and almost 2 weeks after the company sent my funds back to step I have to go through so much just to get step to release money that belongs to me. I've actually had to contact my attorney which is very sad to feel like your bank is stealing from you

I never use my step account and literally all ive been emailing about is closing it because its been pending closure since i made the account. I have a single dollar in there and i dont even want it atp. I cant pull the dollar out, ive tried multiple times and for some reason every bank ive added to transfer it to is not compatible. I have emailed multiple times and get no help, just the same automated message. my boyfriend uses it without hassle but for some reason theyve made it hellish for me
