I won't say that they outperform a full on doctor visit, but their prices and convenience make them a more appealing choice.

scans the left foot no problem, fails to scan the right foot after like 20 tries. Basically doesn't work. I emailed customer service but no response still several days later. Will update if this gets fixed

app requires a unique code to work. I was not given a unique code upon purchase was blank in the welcoming email. I have emailed suport multiple times and still can not get a code. 3 weeks and I still can't progress with this purchase. customer service does not appear to exist once they have your money.
