The numberings of the pins is incorrect. The number "1" started on pin 2, and the first pin was numbered "0" ( I'm using 360 pins on sq. frame). The number 1 should be on the first pin, not on the second. This took me quite a while to realize I'm following a wrong numbering. I have to reach out here because the app doesn't have a report feature or contact information where I can reach out to them. Now I have to manually subtract 1 on every number so please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks!

Hello. Thanks for your feedback. But this is not a bug! Our algorithm starts from pin 0 (PIN 0). So, If the pin number you choose is 360: it will start from pin 0 (PIN 0) to 359 (PIN 359). Similarly: Pin number 240: Start from 0 - 239. Pin number 300: Start from 0 - 299 You can check the data in the algorithm section. Thanks

I'm interested in buying subscription but it seems the developer just fail to list the basic instructions. For example how their string thickness meter is calculated or based on, there's no answer at all in the app, if i get an answer to this I'll definitely buy the subscription and rate it 5, but for the lack of such basic things, I'll be forced to move to another app

I am using this app on my Google Pixel 6a, and I found an issue while editing photos. When I try to crop an image, the top buttons (X for cancel and ✔ for confirm) do not work. I am unable to cancel or proceed with the crop because those icons are not responding to touch. Please fix this problem in the next update. thank for the reply so that I had another star
