unbelievably bad app

great app for competitive fitness, integration on Android is not seamless now that is because of whole health connect complications Google has. Google has health connect settings where you have to make sure source you have selected is top most priority and in the app you need to refresh by going to your profile and click refresh button. would have been great if there is onboarding which makes sure it's able to get the day or at least some workflow where you explain what's going on.

it is not connecting to my Samsung Health. The app is needs a refresh for android users. I've emailed customer service.

I was wondering why it wouldn't sync. Apparently it's because this app just doesn't sync. I really miss fitbit, and this looked like I would be able to get the old fitbit experience.

This app is not working properly

My activities wont sync despite multiple troubleshooting methods I've tried that I got online. everything on my end is set up properly. I emailed strive this morning, no response.

The app does not reliably sync with Samsung Health. data is not consistently updated. there's no manual option to sync or record workouts.

horrible & doesn't load for andriods

060626. this app worked okay for a few days but after the last update it's broken. Not getting health connect data anymore. it stopped counting steps on the 5th. Android 16. No way I'd pay for premium until they fix basic sync issues
