Quite literally the most painful app I've ever had to use. Has no good UX at all, and recently became completely unusable with copious amounts of bugs and crashes that I can barely book into a gym session. Im better off emailing my gym that I plan to attend a session. It says 1 star because thats the lowest I can rate it. In reality -5.
the app stopped working on Samsung phones at the gym but kept working on the iPhone. I have to deleat it and install it again everytime I want to use it...

They updated the app on 12/16. The white screen went away but now the confirm booking button doesn't work because it is placed in the exact spot of the android task bar. I contacted triib support and their solution was to remove the task bar from the bottom or reduce app screen size. Yes, it works if the taskbar is removed, but then you have to use swiping gestures. App screen size should reduce automatically if you use the taskbar on all apps. Triib is only app that doesn't after this update

keeps logging out and I need to reset cache and data storage every time. it's pathetic!

Have to uninstall and reinstall in order to access. Have cleared cache, cookies, etc, and no luck. seems to be happening particularly with Android phones
