Sixteen words. Four groups. Connect16 is a word puzzle: sort 16 scattered words into four groups of four that share a theme. Find all four groups and the board is cleared. ■ Four words, one group Pick the four words on the board that you think belong together and submit them. If you are right, the group locks in and its theme is revealed. If you are wrong, you lose one of your remaining tries. You start with four mistakes to spare, and clearing all four groups before they run out wins the board. • Each group has its own difficulty, from level 1 to level 4. • Shuffle rearranges the board, and Clear and Restart let you pick again. • When you are stuck, use an extra try or reveal one word as a hint. ■ Read, think, connect This isn't a vocabulary test. Word puzzles last longer as a daily ritual than a binge. ■ Ways to play All four modes use the same word connection rules. • Daily puzzle: one board a day, a different one each day. • Challenge mode: 100 boards that unlock one by one, with a stage wall that shows all 100 at a glance. • Practice mode: 10 relaxed boards every day. • Past puzzles: pick an earlier date on the calendar and replay that day's puzzle. ■ Streaks and rewards Solving the daily puzzle day after day builds a login streak. On days 3, 7, 14 and 30 you earn hints, and days 14 and 30 add a streak freeze. With a streak freeze, missing a day keeps your streak intact. The home screen shows your streak, clears, plays and win rate. ■ Results and sharing The result screen shows your current streak, total clears and longest streak. From the result screen you can share whether you cleared the board, how many attempts it took and how many mistakes you made. The answer words are never part of the shared text. ■ Settings and languages Choose small, default or large text, and the word tiles and result screen update right away. Sound effects can be switched on or off, and the daily reminder can be set to one of four times.
