I really enjoy using this app becaus I can create flashcards without limits, but then they deduct money from my Mom’s online payment mind you, it wasn’t a cheap money it’s worth $50, I contacted google but they refuse. I contacted their team but they ended up ignoring me, I sent dozen of messages for 3 days straight but I never get any respond!
At first it was great since I can really study well with motivation, and I ended up spending days just to pass my exam and get a higher grade than the last semester. But then they auto deduct it to my Mom’s online payment account, we try refunding it using google payment, but was refuse. And try contacting their team, but was also ignore, dozens of message for 3 days straight and still got no respond. turns out the “money-back guarantee” is a scam!
