I've been using this app for a while for airtime and small data but the moment I mistakenly transferred 30, 000 naira into the app, they deactivated my account and went with my money. people should take note. it's a fraudulent app
I have been using this app for more than 2yrs now and I must say, its good but lately, I had a problem. I erroneously funded my wallet while trying to transfer money to someone. There is no way to reach them for refund. I have lodged a complaint with my bank Moniepoint and Moniffy has confirmed the transaction was successful. Please, I need refund of my 51k. It's for my children school fees.
a year later they are still the worst app I have I haven't used this useless app for over a year tried to use it yesterday deposited still the fund didn't reflect

this app is a scam,I tried subscribing for the Airtel 10gb monthly twice even though I was not owing any money. I wasn't credited with the data
this app is a stupid app that only collect money but refused the money to be spent they are thief's please don't ever try on using this app
