Find your preferred screen size and DPI, test it before you keep it, and save a profile for next time. Give it a try!
Test screen resolution and DPI, save display profiles and restore your settings
Adjust your Android display with a clear before-and-after view. Screen Resolution Changer lets you change logical screen resolution and density, test a setup, and decide whether to keep it. CHOOSE YOUR RESOLUTION AND DPI Inspect original system dimensions, current logical size and active overrides. Choose proportional 100%, 90%, 80% or 75% presets, or enter width, height and logical DPI. Lock the original aspect ratio, adjust density independently, or scale density with resolution to keep a similar interface size. TEST BEFORE YOU KEEP Every change starts a 15-second test with clear Keep and Revert controls. A separate native service attempts to restore the previous reported configuration when a test is not kept. Android's reported values are checked before a configuration is marked as kept. System failure or loss of privileged access can prevent recovery, so save the included computer recovery guide before testing. SAVE DISPLAY PROFILES Create named profiles for your preferred settings. Rename, duplicate and favorite them for easy selection. Import and export validated JSON profile files with a preview before adding them. Importing never applies a setup automatically. The Quick Settings tile opens profile selection so you can review a profile before testing it. REVIEW AND RESTORE See recent tests with before-and-after values and results. Load a history entry into the editor or save it as a profile. Restore the configuration from before your last kept test, or separately reset Android's size and density overrides. Copy or export the computer recovery instructions. SETUP AND COMPATIBILITY Display changes require Android 8 or later and the separately installed, running and authorized Shizuku app. Shizuku can use wireless debugging on supported Android versions; other setups may need a computer. You do not need to root your phone. Manufacturers may restrict display commands or show borders with some aspect ratios. Support varies by device. This utility controls the main display only. Resolution means Android's logical display configuration. It does not add physical pixels, measure panel PPI, repair a display or guarantee higher FPS or faster touch response. Restarting or uninstalling does not reliably remove system overrides; use Restore or Reset when needed. Shizuku is a separate project. This utility is not affiliated with its developers.
