didnt work at all, pop up message told me there's a bug developers need to fix
Developer reply
We're sorry for the crash! That popup usually appears when a ROM is corrupted, encrypted, or still inside a .zip file. Please extract/decrypt your ROM and try clearing the app cache in your phone Settings. Email our support with your device model and game title so we can assist you directly and earn a better rating! 🛠️🎮
pros 1) works properly with both ds and 3ds games 2)has an extract backup option and an import file which is a lifesaver,it's something no other emulator I have has, cons - alot of ads, although ig u can upgrade and get rid of them so u know what ur getting into

Updated the app and now I can't load my saves not sure if it's bugged after the update but please fix this I even tried the backup and restore and it didn't work
Developer reply
We're truly sorry! Updates don't delete saves. Save states can conflict with updated cores, but native in-game saves remain safe: please boot the game and choose "Continue" on the title screen. Please also email our support with your backup .zip so we can personally inspect and restore your progress for you! 🛠️🎮
terrible app. I got an ad that took up 60% of my screen immediately. And when i could get the game to start the buttons weren't aligned to where they were on the screen.
Developer reply
We're so sorry for the rough start! Gameplay is 100% ad-free—ads only appear in menus to keep the app free. For misaligned buttons, please go to Settings -> Controls and tap "Reset Layout" to snap them back in place. Please email our support with your phone model so we can fix the scaling and earn a better rating! 🛠️️🎮
would have given 5 stars but just today lost all progress due to an update now have to start all over 30+ hours just gone like that sadly was a top notch app before minus no cheat code options but rather it be able to load up saves over use cheats do have to say tho they do listen so only reason the extra 2 stars making it 3 over 1 as within a week asking fir cheat option was put in and said they will see what can be done but said causes issues so was honest
Developer reply
Thank you for your honesty and support! Updates do not delete save files—your 30+ hours should still be safe. Try booting the game and selecting "Continue" directly, or check our new Backup & Restore in Settings. Please email our support right away so we can help locate your save files and earn back your 5 stars! 🛠️🎮
suddenly I got a "cannot load this state" display when I want to load a saved pokemon gameplay progress. (added) when the game starts, it's as if I never played the game. no continue option available. but from the emulator, a save file exists. where can I get email for support?
Developer reply
Don't worry, your Pokémon are likely safe! Save states can fail if an update refreshed the core. Please launch the game normally and select "Continue" from the title screen to load your native in-game save. You can also use our new "Backup & Restore" tool in Settings. Email our support if you need help recovering your progress! 🛠️🎮
