$69 a month, what an absolute robbery. Just so you can reach out to trainers that don't even committ to sessions. Honestly save your money. Prices like this is almost a scam.

the website is way better than the app, on the app i do not get any teachers for what i want but in the website they have plenty of results. im gonna uninstall

Hi KP, sorry about this, and thanks for taking the time to tell us. Seeing lots of teachers on the website but none in the app is not expected behaviour, and we'd like to understand why. Could you write to productgang@superprof.com with the subject you were looking for, your location, and the results you got? We'll investigate and get back to you.
Absolutely do NOT use Superprof. They are a scam company. They are not charging you for the tutor, they are charging you to contact the tutor. THEN they charge you again on subscription whether you've had classes or not. I saw no indication that it was a subscription service and they hide the fact that you aren't paying for the tutor very hard. Do NOT do business with these scammers. Contacting my credit card company for a dispute.

poorly designed app, tutor wanted to reject the request but wanted to explain that she has moved from the area so she had to accept first , the money got deducted and no refund provided. if you want online tutoring only there are many apps for free. We were looking for a face to face tutor and feel that this was a scam as I requested refund but no response to that , just asking me to use this stupid app for 28 days and waste my time contacting other tutors. Stay away if u dont want to waste your

cant cancel my subscription used it once and tried to delete continues to take money

the messages will not load so the app is pretty useless. also, you can't change lessons once they're scheduled you have to cancel and remake them.

BEWARE OF GLITCHY APP AND PAYMENT ISSUES. I signed up and paid for one month to try the service however I decided not to continue with the second month and cancelled in the app 2 weeks before the deadline. The account showed suspended which was expected. I was then auto charged via Paypal for the second month and Superprof is not willing to refund. BE CAREFUL.
