For the most part my experience has been good but when issues do arise it is always stressful dealing with support. Not always a simple swap.

I like the app and that it's purple. I have just started so idk about the lessons, but so far they're fine. I also particularly like how the notifications are perfectly polite and strike just the right tone to not evoke any negative reactions while still reminding to do my lesson for the day. This might seem insignificant, but it's a nearly impossible feat that causes a lot of my apps to get uninstalled. It's gonna be tough to mess up bad enough to get unistalled with so many brownie points.
