Your child's school dates, without reading the whole newsletter.
Symplano tells you what each child needs today, and turns school messages into dates without you typing them. A family organiser built for UK school life. Try Symplano free for 14 days. One subscription covers the whole family, from £6.99 a month. The first 100 people to create a Symplano account pay £4.99 a month for as long as their subscription stays active. Full terms at symplano.com/subscription-terms. 📅 WHAT TODAY NEEDS, ON ONE SCREEN Open Symplano in the morning and it tells you, for each child: - What to wear. Uniform, non-uniform or kit day, and anything the school asked for. - What to bring. Today's bag, ticked off as you go. Put swimming in the calendar and the costume, towel, goggles, cap and bag are already on the list. - What is on. Today's events and what is coming, for your children only. The screen changes as the day does. Mornings show what they are wearing. Evenings show what tomorrow needs. 🎯 YOUR CHILD'S EVENTS, NOT THE WHOLE SCHOOL'S A school newsletter is written for the whole school. Year 3 swimming, Year 6 residential, the Reception nativity, all in one document. Symplano reads it and adds the events that apply to your children, to the right child's calendar. When it cannot tell which child an item is for, it asks you rather than guessing. ⏰ THE JOB YOU DO AT 9PM You read the newsletter, you find the dates, you type them in. Symplano does that part. Any app, share it or copy it. A class email, a message from another parent, a club letter, a party invitation, a PDF newsletter, the dentist confirmation. Symplano pulls out the events and puts them against the right child, and asks you when it is not sure. No share button anywhere? Copy the text instead and Symplano offers to import it when you open the app. ✅ WHAT IT CATCHES - PE kit days and non-uniform days - INSET days - Trips and permission form deadlines - After-school clubs and one-off activities - Birthday parties, weekend clubs and appointments 👨👩👧 BUILT FOR UK FAMILIES - A colour for each child - Works across different schools and year groups - Invite your partner, a grandparent or a childminder so everyone sees the same thing 🔒 WE DO NOT ASK FOR YOUR INBOX Symplano does not connect to your email and does not ask you to set up forwarding rules. You send it one thing at a time, so it only ever sees what you choose to give it. Not everything from school is a date. Some of it is about money. Some of it is about your child in particular. That part stays yours. The details you save about your children, their names, schools and year groups, are never shared with the AI. Matching an event to a child happens separately, on our servers.
