I have answered over 60 questions each with a few follow up questions (so probably over 100)and 0 matches. This app just doesn't work. I'm also not able to delete my account or create a support case in the app so that seems super shady

In version 1.4, they removed the ability to see the soulprint by default. I have it turned on for myself for transparency & honesty. They introduced editable profiles, which might encourage partners to lie. I have answered over 160 questions. I’m getting 80% matches, but all in New York, with my catering possibly workable there, yet I can’t leave Oregon permanently due to my grandparents and other factors. I’ll keep answering questions until someone in the Pacific Northwest appears via “SYNC.”

once you make a match even though the chatbot says I should be able to see profiles I've been unable to see anybody's profiles I have brought this up to support but they have not given me any reasonable answers

I I didn’t like this app. I answered all 28 questions, and it took a long time. It didn't give me a match, so what's the point of the questions? Illinois didn't make me answer so many personal questions, and nothing happened. Don’t waste your time.😡 and I give real answers to every single dating app here so check it out

you learn a lot about yourself on this app, the questios are really good, but unfortunately there are not that many people to match with in here. the kind of people that will finish the questions are most probably my type 😂. The questions are a filter itself, if someone doesn't want to learn about themselves, or doesn't want to match based on personality, it isn't a flaw of this app.

so far it's a great experience in chatting to the Ai. it know exactly what I'm trying to express or describe..it takes that and uses much clearer wording or ways to describe it. so far I cannot see any matches as of yet but look foward to the geowth in polularoty..hopefully soon x

I spent 2 hours talking to the AI to start to establish what I'm looking for and I go to try to create an account but can't. I put in my email and it says it sent me a code but when I get the code now there's no where to enter it. Now the page spins and spins. So I try again and contact to get the same result. I know it’s in beta testing but I feel like I just wasted a LOT of time and will have to eventually start all over when this gets fixed which I don't see myself doing as thoughtfully.

I trust Matthew as he's been my go-to for decades, and I preach about him even on stages and podcasts when I do talks. I've been answering questions in long spurts for weeks now with the AI chatbot, and I'm still not at "80%" of my SoulPrint so I can see profiles. I thought it finished the '20' questions. I would help if I'd seen a roadmap or process layout at the onboarding or so
