The UI feels very outdated and as far as I can tell, I can't upload or download multiple files at once. I signed up because I wanted to replace Google, but the usability of the service as a whole is very lacking and the Android app is no different. - I can't pick which folder to upload for my auto camera upload. it seems like it's uploading every image and video in my phone - creating a file does absolutely nothing - uploading is super slow

I use both the web and desktop versions at work and had the app on prior Android phones with no problem but when I go to install it and sign in on my new-to-me Samsung Galaxy S24+ I get stuck in a loop between signing in successfully on the web and the app itself not recognising that.

Frequent errors have made this app increasingly frustrating. Recently, my media is nonstop uploading to the cloud but failing at 95% and restarting indefinitely. No idea what's going on with the app. I used to really like it, but this problem is defeating the purpose of the app if it can't actually backup media. I'll be happy to update if the app is fixed.
I've been trying to log in to the app on my new Pixel 11 Pro XL for the past five weeks. I reported it to support, but have only had the usual "clear the cache and try again" response. Support has been very poor and slow to reply. I even sent them a developer's debug log. Luckily, my subscription is about to expire, so after many years as a subscriber, I'm out of here.

Very poor Android app. Sluggish and now not performing camera backup correctly. Just gets stuck in a loop trying to upload the same photos. Has missed some photos off the backup. Can't be relied on.
Crashes frequently, won't load, requires uninstall and reinstall or clearing cache randomly to load anything. App is always slow and doesn't perform functions reliability like multiple file upload. Android app seems like it's getting very little dev time. No improvements to stability or usability have come in the past years. Compared to Dropbox or Box, this app is way behind. Using the mobile website through a browse is far faster for viewing file imo.

A drop after an update usually means the update broke something.
