Notifications are broken. Replying to conversations is flaky. I often have to force stop the app to get it to work properly. If you are going to open a browser by intent for oath token refresh, use a standard pattern that will allow users to use their own browser.

The entire product is fantastic. The app makes it really easy to manage tickets. I've tried many different support products because I am super picky, but this checks all the boxes.
