I hadn't used the app for a while and forgot my password, but everytime I tap "forgot password" it does not respond

I do not see anything useful to me on this app. And there is nobody I can ask about it. my full length photo has been pending approval for weeks and Goodness knows why. But still, I have no idea what use this app has for me. It is empty, except for some info about myself.

I forgot my password, and everything time I try to hit forgot password, nothing happens. I tried uninstalling it and still nothing is happening

Tried downloading this app on 3 devices and it keeps bombing out at 54% installation.
