Worst and fraudulent app. I tried to activate a package, it kept showing an error that there is an issue in the app. When I tried again, the package got activated. Later I checked my balance and I was charged TWICE for the same package. This is not my fault, it's purely a bug in your app. When I called your helpline / call center, they rudely said that it cannot be reversed. No customer support, no responsibility.
