Fuel Cost UK is a privacy-focused journey, mileage and vehicle-cost toolkit for UK drivers, taxi drivers and people recording business travel. CALCULATE FUEL COSTS Calculate fuel cost per mile using your vehicle’s MPG and the current fuel price. Estimate journey costs, include additional charges and compare the likely cost of different trips. FIND NEARBY FUEL PRICES Search for nearby fuel prices when you choose to use your location, helping you make a more informed decision about where to refuel. RECORD YOUR JOURNEYS Save completed or unfinished journeys, review your travel history and create shareable PDF reports and receipts. TAXI MODE Taxi Mode provides tools for estimating and recording journeys, including: • Live journey estimates • TfL-style and custom tariffs • Waiting time and additional charges • Discounts and tips • Payment records • Customer receipts • Period reports Taxi Mode is a calculation and record-keeping aid. Fuel Cost UK is not a certified taximeter. WORK AND BUSINESS MILEAGE Work Mode records business journeys and estimates HMRC-approved mileage amounts using published rates. Calculations can include mileage thresholds and eligible passenger additions. Always check your individual eligibility before making a claim.
