I should be able to permanently disable such non-essential app. Motorola was supposed be the no bloatware but this app is chucked into system apps. As result it constantly re-enables and updates itself. Google should also just remove the app because everyone except clearly fake reviews despise the app. How many different ways and times do we have to report this app before something is done. So sick of technology controlling our options. Coercive control is the game now, not service.
