The app has been decent, but the recent update with AI images of food is very misleading. The food looks nothing like what the images show. Disgusting use of AI to mislead customers. My rating was two stars, but I tried to use support for help and it is really bad support.

UI/UX is terrible. way to many suggestions. just show me a clean list of restaurants instead of showing me the same restaurants multiple times in different catagories.

What is with all the fake AI-generated images of "food"? It looks disgusting and makes the app + restaurants look cheap and scammy. I am surely not ordering from any businesses who are posting fake images because they can't stand by their actual product edit: Just uninstalled because I am completely floored at the amount of trash in this app now. It is impossible to tell what anybody is selling, what the quality is, if it's a real restaurant or some ghost restaurant scam. all just garbage
the price they advertise with is never the real price.
i turned off notifications for discount, loyalty program's and other news, yet I keep receiving notifications that would be considered promotional, don't cook tonight, order with this venue instead!... cut it out, some people ONLY want notifications about their orders and nothing else, don't hide this sort of thing in the middle with no way of turning it off.. it's still advertising.. it's still a notification.. we all know what we are expecting that toggle to do.. fix it.

Ordering food works fine, but the app becomes completely unresponsive after when the widget with the timer is active. Only comes back to life after force closing it.
