Best app for Global calling

Talkdesk has been a huge upgrade from Nextiva and RingCentral. The call quality, layout, and reliability are top-tier. We wanted to bring AI into our customer experience, and Talkdesk made that possible. Rui and Daniel were amazing at helping us get started. Feedback from staff and customers has been great. It feels like this platform was actually built for professionals. We're genuinely happy with it.

This will be the 4th time I have removed this app and reinstalled to help fix all the bugs on this cell phone. I am on my 4th cell phone trying to fix the issues. I was told I can not use a blue tooth headset by talkdesk support. I have issues with taking calls and the app freezing and the customer is left with no one on the line.

This app is stupid and glitchy. Cant even contact customer support because I didn't setup the business account. Setup was done by my company. My login info works from the browser but not in the app. So stupid.
