Ever since the update, it's not efficient or convenient like originally advertised....before the update you were able to take out the money you made the SAME day and now you cant take it out until the day after or sometimes not at all. Support doesn't help either and if they email you a ticket number it takes weeks for them to respond so don't even bother
It's a money grabbing app that will piece out your daily allotment charging you multiple times to transfer money daily . plus half the time the app will not work correctly like you can use it for months on and off and suddenly one day you can't because it says you need to add your bank act that's been added and is active ....This app is nothing but a waste of fee money and rarely works correctly when you put in a ticket to get help with anything no one bothers to get with you or fix the issues
The app was useful at times, but the interface update has made the app unusable. It doesn't function, update hours or have any settings anymore that are accessible.
I don't know why you changed the app but it's horrible now. I can no longer access earnings minutes after clocking out and now have to wait until noon the next day. I also can't access any earnings on Saturdays no more after my shift since Sunday starts a new work week so the app resets my earnings back to zero so really messing me up with bills now. I worked 2 days so far and the app only let me have 28 dollars so won't be able to eat now since I need to get gas for my car.

barley works. I just got a new job and they offer this the idea of it is pretty cool I got it set up for the most part and now it won't load any of my card information. it's like broke not loading anything app is trash not optimized. doesn't work

No longer syncs or even has an option to sync with employer. worked 1 time and never again before app update. the help chat nakes frustration worse when you cant speak to anyone and keeps you in a loop. Update 10/28 issue is not resolved

Used to be able to get your money same day after the shift now you have to wait a WHOLE day. ugh don't like the new version/update at all.

app just updated and now im having trouble with it. It says to update my address before I can use it now and when I try to do that it won't save and keep getting an error message! I loved this app until now. im unable to anything! started working for a few months and then it updated again which now im unable to cash out after clocking out like I used to. very frustrating.
