Very unreliable. Sometimes it connects immediately. But, in most cases, it will not connect.
I have a reproducible high severity bug that makes the app and the Bluetooth dongle USELESS. monitoring 2 devices at once DOES NOT WORK, if you put your phone in your pocket for even one minute and allow the screen to turn off, you CAN NOT MONITOR OR INTEACT WITH ONE OF YOUR DEVICES UNTIL YOU RESTART THE ENTIRE RECORDING PROCESS. Absolutely ridiculous. Should be a lawsuit. They're selling something that is totally broken.

The timecode of the app is always wrong when comparing it to the phone time it's installed on. I couldn't find a way to force it to sync with the phone clock. it's always 2 to 4 seconds behind. What I do is force my phone to sync itself with real time, it works accurately when I compare it to several other time synced tablets and phones BUT THE TASCAM APP IS NEVER SYNCED so it sends wrong timecode to my Tascam recorder.

I want to love this. I think the tech is great. But I do find it confusing and I think the tech and the app are beyond my ability to easily integrate. I hoped to use this for simple recording of stand-up comedy gigs that others tend to use the Rodes wireless Go II for. I wanted future expanability. The app confuses me as much as the device. Very tricky. If you have any suggestions, let me know. Clearly the app communicates to the Tascam 32bit device via Bluetooth. But I cannot comprehend it
Does not connect and no troubleshooting Bluetooth information whatsoever
Good general remote, inc current audio levels but without audio monitoring! The legal dept are not users and have undermined this products functionality!
