Taskrabbit - Handyman, Errands

This app doesn't work. I'm shocked that a company this well-known has published software in this state. I can't actually do the one thing the app is designed to do: connect with someone to complete a task. Once I've found someone to connect with, I can't select them to initiate a conversation (navigation fails). Additionally, the bottom tab nav doesn't work, buttons on some screens draw underneath the system navigation bar, and the device back button doesn't handle navigation events correctly.

I'm reviewing the app here, not the service. There is a serious bug that interferes with booking a Tasker: If you are partway through a booking and you switch to another app (say, to take a pic to attach) it refreshes and starts you back from the beginning, you lose everything. If you hit the Back button to go back one page, it takes you all the way back to the beginning, you lose everything. It's been broken like this for over 2 years.

The app doesn't even work. Can't do anything at all.

App and customer service is unable to make you become a tasker. There is a button on the app that says "Become Tasker", it redirects you to a web page that makes you create an account or log into an existing one, than once you log in it says "download" the app. Not user friendly and will not use this service.

Very disappointing experience with Taskrabbit. I booked tasks to move a sofa and loveseat but had to cancel when I learned the taskers lacked either the required two-person crew or a suitable vehicle. None of the taskers were en route, and no moving services were provided. The cancellation policy was unclear. The booking information said I could cancel up to an hour before the scheduled task, yet I was told 24 hours’ notice was required to avoid charges. All bookings and cancellations occurred

Can't do anything. it attempts to open my browser and returns.

Unusuable. Downloaded twice. Can't open the Profile tab to create or log into an account. Do they not care about Android users?

This app just does not work on Android, it can only load the home screen, the profile and tasks options do not do anything. I did everything that I was supposed to do to get it working, nothing helped.
