Offering House cleaning services which they don"t deliver

All the times I asked for a cleaning service they send nice hard working ladies, the only problem is many times I ask about the same cleaner I found her gone and I am a person who loves consistency.

Very bad service the servant work bad and after 2 hour she left and complain all the time لا انصح ابدا بهم العاملة وصلت متاخرة ساعة تقريبا و تريد خصم هذه الساعة من ساعات العمل و مستوى ضعيف في التنظيف مما جعلني اعيد تنظيف كل اللي عملته و بعد ساعة و نصف قالت ان عندها ظروف و تريد ان تمشي و فعلا الشركة قالت لي خليها تمشي لا انصح بالتعامل معهم

Negative experience. instead of working the full 8 hours I only received 3. and nothing was done properly. and the price was high.

Very bad experience. No matter how many times you book and confirm the appointment, they simply don’t send the cleaner after confirming. Nobody answers calls or messages, and it feels like your booking never existed. Extremely unprofessional service and no respect for customers’ time at all.

غير منظمين والتجربة الأولى لعينه ده غير السرقة

فعلا تجربة سيئة مش ملتزمين بالاسعار اللى على ابليكشن حتى سعر المتر بتاع البلاط الفنى جه و دفعتله معينة و قالى سعر تلت اضعاف اللى على الابليكشن كمان الفنى مش بيحط سعر على المتر بيحط سعر من دماغه لو اعرف احط صورة للشات كنت حطيت

حجزت ميعاد تنظيف منزلى قبلها باسبوعين لضمان الجدية ، وفوجئت ان العاملة اعتذرت والعاملين على التطبيق ما بلغونيش علشان اقدر اتصرف عدم مهنية و تجربة سيئة جدا

very bad experience, changed the appointment for 3 times , at last the maid didn't come.. awful
