Had an issue with upload photos after finishing a job. I contacted customer support and a staff named MARGOT helped with everything. She was very nice and quickly resolved the issue.

Allan helped me today and was very nice and polite and resolved my problem.

Unfortunately this is the only app for my use case, and it is technically usable but I'm constantly logged out and when I go to log back in, it puts me right back to the login page. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app several times a week, if not once a day just to log in. Additionally, you're allotted 30 photo uploads at a time but that overloads the app. Even doing 15 or 10 at a time, some pictures will fail and it's impossible to know which ones.

VERY restrictive and not user friendly. No option to have your own cleaning business while also being part of a team. Availability settings are also restrictive. Can't put in times - only days. It's fine if you just want it to handle your "team," but if they have their own clients and schedules, I do NOT recommend.

The app lags 99.9% of the time which is very frustrating when you're in a hurry. But the worst part is pictures disappearing after you've taken them AND saved them. It happens more often than not. I've had to retake pictures up to 6-7 times and when there's a mandatory checklist of 68 items w/10 of them being pictures needed, it takes a long time and is EXTREMELY frustrating. I've tried different phones, wifi, no wifi, uninstalling the app & reinstalling it,updating it everything I can think of

The app won't open! It's completely useless if it doesn't open so I can schedule.

I don't need to be reminded 5 times on one clean
