Meet people through shared adventures and local experiences
Buddies is the social app that brings people together through real-world shared experiences. Whether you're new in town, looking to expand your social circle, or just want to try something new with like-minded people — Buddies makes it easy to find, join, and create local adventures. 🎯 DISCOVER EXPERIENCES Browse nearby experiences created by people in your city. From hiking trips and food tours to game nights and beach days — there's always something happening near you. 👥 MEET YOUR PEOPLE Every experience is a chance to meet someone new. Connect with people who share your interests, vibe with your spirit animal, and build genuine friendships through shared moments. 💬 GROUP CHAT Every experience has its own group chat. Coordinate meetups, share excitement, and stay connected with your experience crew before, during, and after the event. 🏆 LEVEL UP Earn XP every time you join an experience. Level up your profile, unlock achievements, and show off your adventurer status to the community. 🦁 SPIRIT ANIMAL Choose your spirit animal — it represents your personality and helps others know what kind of adventurer you are before they even meet you. ⭐ HOST EXPERIENCES Got an idea for an adventure? Create your own experience, set the details, invite people, and become a verified host in your city. Verified hosts can charge entry fees collected directly via mobile money. 🤝 FRIEND SIGNALS Met someone amazing at an experience? Send a friend signal. If they signal back, you're officially Buddies — and your shared experience history is saved forever. 📸 MEMORIES Capture and share photos from your experiences. Relive the best moments and build a visual diary of your adventures with your crew. 🌍 BUILT FOR AFRICA Buddies is designed with African cities in mind — starting with Kigali, Nairobi, and Lagos. Mobile money integration, local experience categories, and a community that reflects the energy of African social life. Join Buddies today and start turning strangers into friends, one experience at a time.
