We want to clarify, Channel R does not do payola. We’re an independent, fan-driven station, and no labels or artists pay us for airplay. Listening is 100% free. The optional subscription simply helps cover licensing, streaming, and app costs, and unlocks fan features. We’re happy to offer you 6mths of Premium free so you can try it. Just reach out.
I paid for monthly subscription but app keeps freezing.

Unable to request even after more than 24 hours, it says limit reached for the day, weird. Cannot vote too 😒
For some reason I am continually having to uninstall and re-install this app due to error messages when trying to vote. I get the Invalid Data message often and more recently at the end of voting period each week it gets stuck on that status. It will tell me voting period has closed for days, so I have to re-install to clear it out. It's frustrating.

I am so irritated with this app. I have reported its bugs several times already. It gets fixed but after a while, I cannot vote again. I bought this app specifically to vote. What sucks too is when I reported the bugs, I was told that my payment will just be refunded. No apologies, just an arrogant offer of a refund. I don't want a refund! I want you to fix the app and make sure it works so I can enjoy it. It's what you should do if you put it up for sale 😒

Apologies if our offer of a refund was considered arrogant. That was not our intention. We are unable to cater to the many variations of operating systems and for some users like yourself the voting functionality does not work. It works just fine for the majority of app users. All other app functions work. Hence our gesture of our offer to refund.
The app keep crushing.. not worth buying.
