Can't use. Was waiting for background check once it was completed the app tells me to look at the company that does it and there's nothing to do on the website to finish the process. Has my name, address, ect marked for no pliable reason. Nobody has reached out to finish setting up the account. All I get are automated texts about bonus for finishing first shift ect.

app is just ok.pay offers are becoming lower at some offices. frankly if I didn't lock in offices on my own, id have no work on this app. in my areas there's pretty much 1 main company that takes up all the space "Dental One" and they are allowed to post for months, some of them DEAD positions they don't plan to fill. Just makes it look like theirs work available. and don't bother with the "Best in Dental" mess, you don't recieve what's advertised for winning

hardly a functional app????? i do not understand how it's rated so well. I had so many issues with verifying my identity, I've had this app for 1.5 months and JUST got my first shift, I look all over the state!!! whenever I try to upload feedback on the app, the screen glitches out and won't take my input. and now, I can't fill out one of my payment forms because I'm STILL having issues verifying my identity!! this is such a poor user interface, please go download literally any other app.

This app is a joke! They require CA dental assistants to have a license and certifications not mandated by the state. Only CA RDAs have licenses regular dental assistants do not, they require coronal polishing certification and some bs nitrous oxide certification. They set their own internal credentialing policies and requirements to join their platform, but they should not be misrepresenting California state law so I reported them this afternoon.

Good support via text. I wish there was a phone number to support employees with urgent issues.

app is not user friendly, I prefer teero or kwikly. the other apps also have someone I can reach directly or get back to me pretty quickly to solve any issue. gotu's service and app is subpar, ive only picked up 2 shifts in the last year and will not continue to use.
