A forgiving time log for people who forget timers. Private, no ads, no tracking.
Hourcrumb is a time log for people who forget timers. A timer only helps if you remember to start it. Hourcrumb works with the day you actually had: start a timer when you think of it, leave a quick note when you don't, and in the evening you get a drafted day that you check and confirm in about a minute. Track as you go • Start a timer on a project with one tap. Pause it, switch projects, or move the start back if you began earlier. • Drop a crumb: a quick note that helps you remember later. Half a sentence is plenty. • Left a timer running? When you come back, Hourcrumb asks if you're still working and offers to stop it at the time you left. • Timed work lands on Today as a draft, ready for the evening review. Evening review • Go through the day's drafts and empty stretches one at a time. • Swipe right to confirm, left to fix. An empty stretch can stay empty. • If it all looks right, confirm everything at once. Fix your day • Fill a gap, add a block, or change a block's start and end. • Split a block in two, or merge it with the one before or after. • Select several blocks to move them to another project, confirm them or delete them. See where your time went • Week: every day at a glance, with totals by project. • Reports: total time, time by project and the last 7 days. Calendar suggestions (optional) Finished meetings from the calendars on your phone show up as suggestions. You choose which calendars. Nothing is logged until you confirm it, and Hourcrumb never changes your calendar. Reminders One nudge in the evening, only on days with something to check, and one if a timer seems forgotten. Nothing else. Your data • No account needed. Without one, your projects, time and notes stay on your device. • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. • Export a backup or a CSV file at any time, and import the backup on a new phone. • Import CSV exports from several other time trackers. • Works offline, in light or dark mode, and in 21 languages. AI apps and coding tools (Plus) • Connect Claude, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity, then ask "how much did I work on Acme this week?" or "log 2 hours on Writing". You sign in and allow each app: no keys. • Time in Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, VS Code or Cursor becomes suggested blocks by itself. Only the folder's name is sent, never your code. • Timesheet PDFs with your logo, in three templates. Hourcrumb Plus (optional) Plus backs up your projects, blocks and notes and syncs them between your devices and the web app at hourcrumb.com. It also adds weekly plans, hourly rates with client timesheets, and Cloud AI where it's available: if you turn it on, Google's Gemini drafts your day from your notes, and you check every suggestion before it counts. It needs a Hourcrumb account. Plus is an auto-renewing subscription bought through Google Play: it renews until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time in your Google Play subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Everything above works without it. Accounts are for people 18 and older. You can delete your account, and everything synced to our server, at any time in the app. Privacy policy: https://hourcrumb.com/en/privacy/ Terms of Use: https://hourcrumb.com/en/terms/
