Drop in. Burn the hives. Get out. Mech Drop is a one-thumb mech roguelite for a phone held upright. Your mothership orbits a sector of alien planets. Pick one, launch the drop pod, steer it down onto the swarm, and walk your mech across the planet while its weapons aim and fire on their own. Destroy every hive nest, topple the warden that guards the last one, and reach the dropship before the hive buries you. STEER THE DROP The swarm is already waiting when the pod falls. Steer the landing point on the way down, then walk with one thumb. Pull the stick out to the edge and hold it there to lock your heading: the mech keeps walking while you watch the fight. A MECH THAT FIGHTS ON ITS OWN Autocannon, Missile Pod, Flamer, Mortar, Stomp Charges, Arc Coil, Escort Drone and Rail Lance. Every weapon picks its own targets. Level up from the biomass you collect and pick one of three cards: a new weapon, an upgrade or a perk. Bring a weapon to level IV with the right perk and it evolves: the Hellstorm Cannon, the Skyfall Swarm and the Quake Stride. When the ring is full, the Roller Dash crushes everything in its path. SHAKE THEM OFF Skitters and Clingers climb your hull and pry at the hatch. Flick the stick back and forth to throw them off. Spitters lob acid from a distance, and Brutes charge behind their shields. FOUR WARDENS Voraxis the Hive Warden, Mawgrave the Stone-Back, Skarrel the Spine Queen and, on the alien moon, the Seedmother. Each has its own attacks, and each calls up its brood as it falls. LIBERATE THE SECTOR Every planet you clear is liberated. Earn credits to fill the warp quota, then warp to the next sector: new planets, new biomes and a harder hive. Short of the quota? Farm the Alien Seed moon until you are ready. KEEP GOING • Spend credits on 16 drawn avatars and 12 banners in the Shop. • The Armory keeps every weapon and evolution you find, the Bestiary every alien you meet. • Climb the leaderboard, open other players' profiles and send them gifts. • Play offline or as a guest, or sign in with Google to take your progress to another phone.
