Bank transfer method still not working. I already ask tevisupport and the answer still the same,"we will work on it". Other payment method is not supported for Malaysia. So i decided to stop post contents now till everything fix!!

I would like to report a concern regarding Tevi’s Star system. Viewers’ Stars appear to decrease every 5 minutes, and the daily free-spin Stars are no longer available. This seems to make it more difficult for viewers to continue using Stars and may discourage users from using the app. Please clarify whether these changes are intentional and explain how the current Star system works. Thank you.

Thank you for raising this in detail. The Lucky Wheel program has ended, but you can still earn Stars through other programs in the app, such as Star drop. If you would like your own Star history reviewed, please contact us at https://tevi.com/support and our team will check it for you.
