CompareOpen in Google Play
No information Downloaded as the website insisted I had to to see the map to find out where my entrance is. The map is not part of this app, it's only available for Apple. The app is just the website without a search function. No info on gates, no info on food "click here for info about food" takes you to "go look at your event to hear about food, click here for calendar" which takes you to a calendar without events in it. Total waste of time.
Android app is open but button to "download the app" keeps appearing. which takes me to the apple app store. makes no sense. just trying to find stadium map and locate my block and seat

No access to the stadium map. Keeps saying open the app and then returns to the Google Play page, which in turn sends you back to the download the app page. Waste of time. App uninstalled.

I booked F1 Drive for some colleagues over 2 months in advance. A month later you email saying JayZ is performing and my booking is cancelled. My only option was to reschedule or collect a voucher. Why not give me a full refund considering the cancellation had nothing at all to do with me? Forced to rebook another date which was not ideal, but was a bit cheaper than before so you have effectively stolen money from me, about £30. This is so unfair and absolutely disgraceful customer service.
