Love the company. absolutely worst app I've ever encountered. ever. reports either take forever to load or never load. half the time it glitches and won't load the app itself. there are just too many issues to name.

I just got a notification that the app needed to be updated. attempted to do so and am told my device isn't compatible w the app anymore????? what kind of device is needed?

Problematic app - consistent issues attempting to submit reports. One even disappeared, good I took a screenshot to show support. Hopefully they'll respond in 24hrs.

At first everything was good then the app started crashing constantly to the point where it is useless.

wonderful employer, easy to navigate app, couldn't say nicer things about this Company and app.

This is the worst app. It has only been a monthly stress that feels overwhelming enough to walk away from it all.

App needs a major overhaul. This is a good company to work for but the app constantly freezes and doesn't always load my reports. I have to constantly contact customer support to resolve the issue.
