App had stopped working suddenly.I called on the app support number.I was advised to close the Wi-Fi and use mobile data for opening the app and re-connect Wi-Fi thereafter. This fixed my problem.Now I follow the instruction every time and the app runs smoothly without problem.Thanks to app support response.
