If the was a zero star rating i was going to give it a zero star....worsed broker to think of, i Chopped nfp and they blocked my wallets I'm not able to withdraw when i contact them they don't reply my emails or messages.....who ever is reading this please stay away from the broker to protect your capital
after app close some hours it ask login again.

Been using TM, money is safe in their wallet for almost 6mos now... it can be easy move to Live Trading based on the account i want. TM provides daily & monthly detail statement of account. Been withdrawing for my earnings since then, very easy, it took me 1-2days using the same bank i used when i deposited & started my live account... TM send me email about my withdrawals and customer service are standby for any other concern. Kudos to the TM staff and keep on improving.

Very bad customer service. Delay in withdrawal. Due to the delay the amount not reached the other side. Now the third party want to refund to the same account. As they deducting some small amount as their charge I am unable to get the refund to tickmill account. As it falls below $100 ($95).Raised the issue with customer care. No response from them for last two weeks.

I like the broker's prompt reply for any query or support. The web terminal and app are very good to trade but app do not have all the features available on w eb portal. that can be looked into for instance it is hard to navigate chart and place order. it should be easy and fast.

Bank approval taking so long, is there an issue of Banking? it almost 2weeks from now still not approve!
