TIDY for Pros

I signed up to do work, and it told me no one was available as a client for a whole month after making me wait almost a week to re submit my id. And won't let me take a background check.

THIS APP HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR ME. IT STARTED OFF OK UP UNTIL I CONTACTED MY CLIENT AND TIDY COULD NOT SEE THAT CONTACTED SO THEY CANCELED 5 MINS BEFORE I ABOUT ARRIVE. MY APP COULD OBTAIN CLIENT LIST TO COMPLETE JOB OR SEE ANY OF MY REVIEWS. NOW I GOT NOTICE TO UPDATE APP TRIED WOULD NOT LET ME SO I TRIED TURNING PHONE ON AND OFF AND REMOVING APP AND REINSTALL, NOPE NOW I CAN NOT EVEN DOWNLOAD AND SO MUCH MORE COMPLAINTS. UNBELIEVABLE

For the past week I've been unable to update to latest version of the app; it starts to download and then throws error msg "couldn't update". Also longstanding bug where once I navigate to a future job listing to check the address, location, etc. the app locks up and I have to shut it down & restart it again in order to navigate through the rest of the app.; it's been like this for at least a year with no fix over multiple new updates.

Don't except work from the lady Roshanda Price on this app TIDY she is a rip off! she'll have you do all kinds of work and will not PAY you Roshanda will eventually block every email same as a text message The company doesn't care about anyone's well being too

there are a ton of glitches in my app. Maps sometimes brings me to the wrong location, or theres no number to reach the clients. they also don't honor my rates when I do 4 hour cleans.

background pending for 6 months now and then support said its available and it isn't. ridiculous. the jobs it does show me is ridiculous pay. $44? minimum wage is $12 and minimum is 4 hours and they expect you to provide supplies for less than minimum wage. that's crazy! driving for half hour for $40 and your own supplies is insanity

They are not professional and they are rude, ignore you, bad customer service, and don't listen to anything you have to say. Using them you also might get your stuff stolen and get fired for no reason and block you when you did nothing wrong at all. The people that work for them don't get a chance to explain their side at all cause they let the customer be right and you are wrong all the time. So if you hire them then good luck and if you work for them good luck. I give them no stars.

I can't get the app to even load I finally just have the website saved on my phone
