this app has no customer service i already did background check and receiving jobs never happen and very unprofessional don't waste your time . had the app for 3 months and nothing

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I seem to be having the same issue about not being paid on time as everyone else I see is having. Multiple attempts to contact and I get nothing. The only time a live person is available is when they are blowing up my phone to either get me to take a job or to request my ETA every 5 minuted on an accepted job. I am contacting the last customer to see if they have been ripped off by the people too and then I'm reporting them to whoever will help....

I went to my job that was booked today and got in with a door code " thank goodness for Marys support in Quebec that's the only customer number that works. " "While I was working there was a cat inside the condo." The job said no pets or cat was mentioned in the messages. " Please be aware: if you are allergic to pets the client won't say if they have one. "

they dont pay . it took an entire month to get paid . then they make excuses if you dont make their jobs anymore. I wouldn't do it. Sorry but I wouldn't

horrible app never can finish task app customer service never responds

This platform is a joke. I wouldn't waste my time. I have had 2 jobs and both were horrible experiences. The first job I was told they would extend the time and never did. Didn't get the extra pay, and I had to pay out of pocket to wash the laundry. The second job I actually never got paid for and nobody responds to my emails. They paid out to an account that I never put in and isn't any of my bank accounts.

as a cleaner app does not show any clients to claim and i paid $29.99 for bg check and fill ripped off ! Also available cleaning time are not working. Also there should be an option to set location and travel distance cleaners want to accept . Plus set $20 hrs should never be set by cleanster because cleanster is not paying employees . Cleaners are fully responsible for cleaning equipment supplies and transportation maintenance and fuel expenses. Please fix app soon .

At first I thought this would be a good opportunity for me to get more cleaning gigs because I am independent but initially it was a turn off BC they had a $25 background check which I thought was sketchy so I offered them a background check I already had of myself and they accepted it and I did begin working but out of the 10 to 12 jobs I've done I've only been paid for 2! I've been working for them since the beginning of Sept and now it's October. eight jobs are still in transit

They have not compensated me. I have been awaiting payment from them for approximately five months now. It is also difficult to establish contact with any representative.

did a job on september9th, and it is now September 30th n still have not gotten paid. can't get ahold of anyone , no response on emails either. this service is a fraud. they got paid before I even did the job according to the clients. do not work for cleanser pro!!!!!
