Extremely disappointed with Cleanster Pro. I am a professional cleaner and the platform has owed me $300 in unpaid earnings since March 2026. I have completed the work, followed all protocols, and attempted to reach out to support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Do not recommend working for this app if you expect reliable payouts."
punctual, professional and extremely thorough.
I should have looked at the reviews before using this service. Based on what I see in other reviews, most of the blame should go towards the company itself. I scheduled a move out clean for the recommended time. The cleaner only completed the first part of the checklist, cleaned two bedrooms, and left. The rest of the rooms were untouched. When I tried contacting the support team through the app, they never responded. Learn from my mistake and don't use this service.

DO NOT use this service. they are the most unprofessional "service" providers ever. they aren't honest with clients or cleaners, noone is vetted. ive had jobs where ive encountered very inappropriate situations. trying to get paid is a joke....ive been waiting for a payment for weeks without explanation. they are trash.
they do not refund your money!!!
scam app. DO NOT USE!
this company does not pay their cleaners at all. I've worked 3 jobs and have yet to receive my pay. I contacted corporate but no response. BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD
DO NOT USE THIS APP ! I repeat DO NOT USE THIS APP ! I worked for it and never got paid i did 3 jobs thinking I was going to get paid and its been over 6months and still nothing, they are scammers and I do not recommend. when you try to call them they never answer until its time for you to do a "job" my previous customer said they paid 180 for the clean job and I did not get any of it. They canceled and paid me fully.

DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT PAY THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HARD FOR THEM!! THEY ARE THEIVES!! The reason people don't show up is because they don't pay them!! it's not the workers, it's the company.
