automatically pins and flags messages, I DO NOT use this function so when I try to unpin or unflag it says unable to unpin or unflag. it's rather annoying.

Samsung S26, app no longer respects the built-in in audio selections and plays the system wide notification sound effect.
After switching to a Galaxy S26 ultra, I no longer can customize sounds. I have no idea where the sound choice came from but it is not the sound I chose in the app. I also cannot choose a different sound for priority texts, which is essential if you are frequently in isolation rooms and need to know if you need to duck out in a hurry for an emergency. Please fix this.

Every time someone takes the role from me it logs me out completely and I have to re log in. Messages take too long too load when assuming a role.

This app drains my battery and causes my phone to constantly crash.

No longer allows custom sounds, even after changing the setting. The app appears broken. I can go in to choose sounds but it won't actually play those sounds. It sounds like a quiet text message sound regardless of what I do. Dangerous for patient care.

It's a good app for work threads, but my team can no longer long press respond with emojis.
The healthcare company I work for uses TigerConnect almost exclusively, and it sucks so bad. It crashes at least 2 or 3 times every month, for a secure messaging app, it barely works.
