Build a mobile-detailing quote that distinguishes per-vehicle work from once-per-job charges. Enter vehicle count, your package rate, size and inspected-condition surcharges, and per-vehicle add-ons. Include the total trip mileage and a customer supplies fee once per job. Apply your discount, minimum charge, tax rate and deposit; review the remaining balance. Keep expected labor and private supplies costs separate from the customer estimate. Review gross profit and margin, then share the customer section without private cost/profit lines. Gross profit is not net profit and excludes overhead and income tax. Draft values stay on your device between launches. Editing a value invalidates old results until recalculation.
